Prosecutor complains at Court of Appeals over Donjeta Pajazitaj's murder

Peja's foundation court had declared three months earlier the innocent prime suspect in the assassination of Donjeta Pajasitaj.

For that decision, the court had said that witness testimony did not prove the victim on the critical day of his disappearance in the defendant's vehicle.

However, the family who had warned that they would follow all the degree of complaint against this decision was not at all reconciled.

The case prosecutor, Valbona Hajosa, has confirmed to Indexline that she has filed a complaint with the Court of Appeals.

Donjet Pajasitaj was found dead in the mountains of Strellci in Decani, weeks after she was declared missing. The prime suspect in her murder was cousin Naser Pajasitaj.
