Pacolli EU rapporteurs: We've approved the demarcation, now we expect positive assessment

Pacolli has initially congratulated the European parliamentary on his mandate, while expressing gratitude for the work and engagement of his predecessor.
He has announced Soltesi for recent developments in the country, with particular focus on the work and engagement of Kosovo institutions in implementing the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, the Council of European Reforms, as well as on meeting the latest criteria on visa liberalisation for Kosovo citizens.
Kosovo's “government is convinced that after ratification of the Agreement on Demarketing with Montenegro, the European Commission will positively assess Kosovo's efforts in fighting organised crime and corruption. ”, Pacolli said.
Pacolli also has the goal of Kosovo, to apply for candidate status in the near future, while calling for European Parliament support to non-recognitional EU states and for support regarding Kosovo's membership in the International Organisation.
For his part, the rapporteur for Kosovo in the European Parliament, Soltes, has praised the thorough progress achieved by the Kosovo Institutions on implementing the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, the European Reforms Agreement, as well as commitment to meeting the last criteria on visa liberalisation for Kosovo citizens.
