“The indictee, Mr. Muhharrier, in response to the indictment, claims that, I'm paraphrasing, “has been misunderstood and misinterpreted. This, of course, is an unsuccessful attempt to be acquitted. Is he playing, according to Mr. Muharnier, that a prestigious newspaper like Der Standard, slandered and insulted”, Koci asked.
“Der Standard is handling such work? So why Mr. Mujarrier has not sent a bull or denied this popular newspaper”, Koci added.
According to him, “Haradinaj has left the case to justice, and every time such slander is made, he will not hesitate to file a lawsuit”, Express writes.
Ramush Haradinaj in April 2015 had indicted at the Paj Foundation Court, Gazmend Mujarır, for criminal work, “for slander and untruth”.
The indictment against Peja's chairman was made after several statements given in international media, charging Haradinaj that “is also making money by controlling the oil and lucky game business” in Pec.
In compensation for the material damage, the prime minister through the indictment requires 250 thousand euros in compensation from the head of the Peja municipality.
