“Kosovo be prepared for talks with Serbia”

“During the negotiation process, concessions have been made, negotiations with Serbia should be interrupted. We have had Serbia's interference on Kosovo's internal topics, instead of dealing with and talking with the Serb minority in Kosovo”, Topalli said in RTK.

Topalli said Serbia is still not accepting that Kosovo is an independent and sovereign state.

“In all instances Serbia has shown that it is not interested in co-operating. He has taken all actions, going even further to ask those states that have recognised Kosovo, to withdraw recognitions”, he said.

According to him, Kosovo citizens are not enemies of the Serbian people.

“We have had enemies of Serbian power”, he stressed.

Topalli has demanded that we have internal clarity and discussion for talks with Serbia.

“We have many topics that are important, like the topic of the undiscovered, which is most important for Kosovo citizens”, he stressed.

While Initiative deputy Zafir Berisha praised that mistakes have been made in progress.

With Serbia has been talked, exclusively about the functionality of the state of Kosovo. Kosovo representatives, with one result, have gained competence. Even MPs and citizens have been informed by the media”, Berisha said.

He has estimated that Serbia still considers Kosovo part of it. Berisha said they have accepted the platform for talks with Serbia.

This platform as it came from the beginning is unacceptable to us, when we also have authorisation that the president of Kosovo, to lead the talks”, he said. According to him, we should have internal debate as it is discussing the fate of the country.

Unlike LDK deputy Valentina Bunnjak after confirming participation in the RTK show, she has later cancelled participation in the debate, arguing that LDK has no position yet on talks with Serbia.
