Kosovo police details Istog wound

Kosova Prees learns that the injured is Kastriot Blakaj, while, up to the wound has come due to the parking dispute. He's allegedly wounded by Mavray.

Police spokesman in Pec, Xhevat Ibra, said he does not want to be released to him that the injured man is either the family member or grandson of Istog Mayor Haki Rugova.

He said police have taken adequate measures about the event in question, but did not indicate there are detainees in the event.
