The head of the Social Democrat Initiative parliamentary group, Bilall the Sheriff, has written that any agreement that would not be based on the opinion of the International Court of Justice, would not establish justice, so as such, it would be inconsistent and would keep in force the conflict raised since the end of the war.
According to him, Kosovo urgently needs to convey the message that the outcome of the dialogue has no connection with its political status, which is finally defined and that the independence of Kosovo is already the definitional decision known by the GND as the legitimate decision that has not violated any standard of international law.

The phase of prenegociates in the function of prejudice of the final agreement!
Instead of mobilizing whole energy of intellectual and professional potential to get as powerful as possible in the final phase of dialogue with Serbia, our political and media space has flooded the prognosis of various actors in our society as journalists, thinkers and politicians of different profiles from position and opposition about how the dialogue will end in question.
In general, the opening of debates is extremely positive for society. Even in the concrete case, there is nothing wrong with arguing because the people of Kosovo rightly expect the outcome of these negotiations to remove a great nightmare. What I don't think is right is trying to predict the final outcome of these talks in that form that we're forgotten to be in what's called “Prenegociateza”.
At this important stage before negotiations, fighting the nerves is very expressive. Each party tries to define the limits of what is acceptable and what is not acceptable to them, what is possible to achieve at this stage, and what is not possible, and so on.
If we take a look at the public positions of Serbian institutions, we will see that starting with the president, the members of the government, the MP of Serbia's parliament, they have created a general consensus to repeat as in “” that “As at the price of entry into the EU, we will not recognise the independence of Kosovo”. Unfortunately, like this primary orientation of Serbia, the thought of “has spread Serbia will not recognise Kosovo, but will only be forced not to stand in the way of European integration”, and for the sake of reward it will continue its path towards European integration.
Serbia's strategy is clear: trying to crack even in Kosovo's public opinion the idea that this state does not recognise Kosovo's independence has red lines in the upcoming final talks, with the argument that such a thing would be unacceptable for the Serbian people, for the Serb church and for the radical parties in Serbia, etc. By giving such great space to the Serbian strategy in our public space, there is great pressure on Kosovo's public opinion, in the function of inculcating our expectations for the final outcome of the negotiations we must build on the “a that will be acceptable to Serbia” and not on what is right and necessary to end the conflict between the two countries.
Such a thing is fatal for the process because it ignores what is not acceptable to Kosovo and its people. This risks bringing even less than what is acceptable to Serbia.
In the face of this aggressive propaganda and struggle of nerves, Kosovo urgently needs to convey the message that the outcome of the dialogue has nothing to do with its political status, which has been finally defined and that Kosovo's independence is already the defined decision known by the GND as a legitimate decision that has not violated any international rule of law.
Any agreement that would not be based on the opinion of the International Court of Justice, which means, anything less than recognising Kosovo's independence from Serbia, would not establish justice, so as such it would be inconsistent and would keep in force the conflict raised since the end of the war!
