Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, and head of the Peja municipality Gazmend Muhhajeri will face trial today
Haradinaj and Muhhajari will participate in a court hearing at the Pec Foundation Court for the indictment that the chief executive has slandered Peja's first.
The hearing is before starting at 10 a.m.
Haradinaj has indicted Muhajer following charges he addressed years ago towards the current government's number one number, allegedly making money with gasoline and lucky games.
AAKway leader Ramush Haradinaj had indicted the Chairman of the Peja municipality Gazmen Mujarır because of statements “insulting and slandering” in the Austrian newspaper Der Standard.
The indictment against Peja's chairman was filed after these statements, accusing Haradinaj of “is still making money by controlling the oil and lucky games business” in Pec.
In compensation for material damage, the prime minister through the indictment requires 250 thousand euros in damages from the head of Pec municipality
