There have been years since he and his brothers face his former girlfriend, who has been trying to take half of his property, KTV reports.
He accuses the judge that because of his close ties to Kumrije Thaci, his former girlfriend, who co-existed about 10 years, has ruled in her favour.
For six years now he says his property has faced many problems and games, for which he was imprisoned.
Similar cases of civil property disputes, which are waiting for years, have enough at both the Pristina Foundation Court and the Court of Appeals.
For their failure to resolve and neglect on the part of these judicial institutions, the ombudsman has asked those two courts to take steps and conclude cases in question.
But at the Court of Appeals, they say that regarding the case in question, the subject is divided into work and waits in line for deployment.
