Thus has Parliamentary Commission Chairman Milovan Drescu said, adding that many proposals, which are pressure for Serbia, will enter the game.
There are many proposals now, which are a kind of pressure on Serbia to see what maximum demand can be and what Serbia can accept. I think we're going to face a lot of different information about letters and proposals, but this is all an integral part of diplomatic efforts when it comes to solving difficult problems such as Kosova”, Drescu has said.
According to Novost, Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq has dismissed a work document concerning resolving the Kosovo issue, known as the American Paco.
Vuciq has declared that this document was unacceptable to Serbia, adding that he does not even want to inform the public about what was in it.
Meanwhile, Drescu thinks that sending letters and listing certain conditions in America is not common diplomatic practice.
He has added that with or without '%pacoʹ, the position of the United States is completely clear.
They are asking us to accept the self-declared state of Kosovo. They have not yet requested formal recognition, but they demand that we not oppose Kosovo's membership in the United Nations so that we do not interfere. For us this is unacceptable. There can be no exchange, we accept Kosovo as a state and not oppose UN membership in order to establish association. This isn't our” interest, it's the news.
Drescu has added that Serbia will never accept such demands that are harmful and have no interest in the country
