The European Union continues to be at least unclear in public communication about the continuation of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia and the issues that are opening the parties in public discourse.
In this way, as in the past, the EU does not help to understand exactly what will happen in the near future of dialogue and how close the parties really are to reaching any historic agreement, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
In this confusion that poses warnings range from that there will soon be meetings at the technical level and then political to ensure urgent implementation of what has not been implemented so far from the agreements reached, to warnings that a historic turn and a comprehensive agreement on normalisation of reports is expected.
Several days ago it was warned, at least unofficially, that this week meetings would be held at the technical level, in which it would be discussed the implementation of the agreement for the establishment of what Kosovo calls “Association”, Serbs and Serbia “Bacecesi” of the EU “Association/Basciation” of majority Serb municipalities in Kosovo.
