Destroying the weed parcel in Kruja, three people arrested

After a months-long pro-active investigation, following the operation “Kerasta 2”, Crimeists at the Krue Police Commissioner annihilated 2080 Cannabis Sivra plants.

It was a joint operation between the Kruja Police Commissioner, the Prosecutor of the Judicial Circle Kruja, Operational Forces and FLO of the General Directorate of State Police.

During the operation, citizens Ferdjan Zalla 33, residents of Kruje, Mondi Zalla 42, residents at Fushe Kruj and Arben Babasi 42, resident of Fushe ruj.

Criminal proceedings in a free state for citizen G also began. St. 42, residents in Kruja, for criminal work “the failure of a crime”.

The above citizens allegedly, in collaboration with one another and with other persons (who continue to investigate), at the site called Krasta, have cultivated in several open-air areas in the 2,080 narcotic cannabis Sivra, which were destroyed by burning.

Materials were passed to the Judiciary Circle Prosecutor Kruje for further actions for criminal acts “Constructuring narcotic plants” in co-operation in burdening citizens F. Zalla, M. Zalla and A. Babasi predicted at Article 284/ 3, 25 of the Penal Code; “Absenting Crime” in charge of the citizens of G.S., envisioned at Article 300 of the Criminal Code.
