The lower courts had named the prohibition unconstitutional, but the Supreme Court overturned their decisions.
The travel ban does not allow most people from Libya, Iran, Somalia, Syria and Yemen to travel to the United States.
The collapse of decisions by other courts from the highest one is seen as a victory for the “Trump” administration, though the ban on travel has been sharply criticised by human rights groups and refugee organisations.
The latter described the verdict as one of the biggest failures of this court. But according to the court, the ban on travel from certain countries is within the presidential authority.
The court's announcement states that the government has presented sufficient excuses for national security, which allow the ban on travel to pass the revision.
Immediately after the court's ruling, President Trump rushed to publish it at “Titter”, giving publicity to the upcoming victory in the law room
