This institution hasn't paid 30 bills in time. It has been delayed in carrying out the obligation to operators until 60 days from the date when it would have to pay.
The common value of all these bills amounts to 529 thousand and 809 euros.
Financial regulation charges that all the bills received by the institution must be paid in the 30-day term if this is otherwise meant by contract.
The National Auditor's Office has found that this institution has reiterated the issue over the past few years.
“As a rationale for this, USKK officials stressed that during 2017 they had faced difficulties of adopting time and problems with the treasury system to carry out payments”, says the report of the audit office of the Correcting Service.
In addition to payments on time, the Correcting Service has made purchases without advance demanding purchase and the vow of tools as binding on Treasury regulations, writes Insander.
This has happened in 36 cases, where shopping bills have been submitted without planning purchases according to procedures.
This passage of obligations by the SKK, according to the General Auditor's Office, increases the risk of paying potential penalties from economic operators.
“Entering the commitment without providing the necessary funds could result in obligations that burden the next year's” budget, reportedly finding the ZAP.
