The initiative didn't come from the central level. It's from that bar. More precisely from Drenas, a bastion that the PDK has had for nearly two decades, as directed by Thaci.
The consequences of the CEC's paralysis from the failure to meet the president's constitutional obligations are feeling the Xhavit Drnenor of Genit Gerguri. On March 29th of this year, Drnor has resigned from the mandate of the Communist Parliament member and has announced the CEC.
Based on Article 10 of the Law for Local Self-rule, the CEC has been obliged to replace it with Grogur, who is the next candidate to be found on the new list of candidates of the same political subject.
