The harsh approach of Avni Arifi, Kosovo's chief negotiator in technical dialogue with Belgrade, has been revealed in a letter he sent to European official Thomas Busch, after the latter had invited Kosovo to a new round of technical dialogue with Serbia for next week in Brussels.
Arifi rejected the European officials' invitation to this round of dialogue and did not hold back on paper, saying he felt offended by the invitation and accused the EU of leaning towards Serbia in this dialogue.
According to Arifi, Europeans are silenting off the abuses Serbia is making, with particular emphasis on the energy deal.
