The issue of recognising Kosovo as an independent state from the Republic of China has been the focus of a meeting between Socialist Party Secretary General Taulant Balla and the delegation of China's Communist Party, led by Shen Bailey, deputy minister of the Department of International Relations of China's Communist Party Central Relations, held in Tirana on Tuesday.
