Some 80 people have falsified the veterani confirmation, but for one, an indictment has been filed.

For one of these citizens who wasn't on the veterans' lists, the Founding Prosecutor in Pec has filed an indictment.
According to the prosecution, S.H. Charged for criminal acts “Falsification of the document” and “Legalisation of false content”.
The prosecutor asked for his sentence.
Gazmend Syla, who heads the Bureau for veterans, has shown how the network of citizens who forged his confirmation and signature was discovered.
In the case of the S.H., and counterfeiting has also been aware of the War Veterans' Organization, but because of the investigation, they have kept the case silent.
The State Prosecutor already has all KLA veterans' applications in his hands.
A detailed investigation into veterans has also called for Kosovo's chief speaker, Kadri Wessel.
During parliamentary debate over the resolution presented by Vetevendosje for forming a commission to clear KLA veterans' lists, Wessel demanded that the investigation be launched by General Staff KLA.
Meanwhile, over 39 thousand citizens of Kosovo and Albania, who claim to be Kosovo Liberation Army veterans, have received a monthly pension worth 170 euros on May 24th.
