In a lack of management and due to a timely default, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MASHT) in 2017 has added to unpaid financial obligations for 354,673 euros.
This minister in 2016 had 593.760 euros in unpaid financial obligations, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
The findings have appeared in the August annual financial audit report for the 2017 National Auditing Office (ZKA).
The report has also found that the value of obligations reported by MAST in the Annual Financial Mirror (PFV) 2017 was incorrect because bills worth 7,860 euros have been due to 2018, while 8,480 euros were reported in PFV as 2015 obligations.
These obligations, according to the report, have not been revealed at all in the 2016 Financial Mirrors.
