1.5m euros stolen in Rome

A million and a half euros were robbed today in Rome by a van carrying money run by private police.

The robbery has been carried out by four people in police uniform who traveled in a German license vehicle.

The robbery was carried out at about 7 a.m. near a superaket in a neighborhood north of Rome, while the van stopped to withdraw the money.

According to the evidence at the scene. 4 robbers had hoods on their heads, were dressed in police and armed uniforms, broadcast the oracle.

One of them held a grenade in his hand and threatened to blow them up in case three private cops didn't surrender their weapons.

Four robbers were able to disarm them after taking bags of money and leaving aboard a small Doblo-type van with German license plates.

Roman police with the help of a helicopter this morning patrol the territory. Numerous police patrols have been set up throughout the city, but so far the robbers have not been caught.
