“Turkey has decided to call all countries that are part of the OIC for an extraordinary tax on Friday (May 18th) of this year”, Turkish Prime Minister Bekir Bozdag's spokesman said.

Turkey strongly condemns the opening of the US Embassy in Jerusalem, while Israel has “majorised a” massacre against Palestinian protesters.

Serving as OIC leader, Turkey had launched an extraordinary summit in Istanbul in December 2017 in response to the US decision to move its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, reports “Hurriyet”, Periscopi broadcast.

Turkey's President Recep Tayip Erdogan has discussed recent developments in Gaza, with Palestine President Mahmoud Abbas.

Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) and the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) will reportedly carry out work to evacuate injured Palestinians to Turkey./Periscopi/
