In a meeting speech with the Council of Europe in Foreign Relations, which is being held in Paris, Soros voiced a number of issues and developments regarding the future of the European Union.
“After all, it is for British people to decide what they want to do, but it would be better if they made a decision sooner than later”, Soros said.
He has also responded to allegations by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, who had blamed him for interference in domestic politics, reports “Sputnik International” Transmission Periscope.
“Victor Orban focused his entire re-election campaign, falsely accusing me of planning to flood Europe, including Hungary and Muslim refugees. It is already being presented as a defender of a Christian Europe, challenging the values on which the European Union has been founded”, Soros said.
Soros reiterated his position on Britain's exit from the European Union, where he urged EU member states that a reunification of the British would be good for the future of our society.
He has also criticised the United States' withdrawal from the nuclear agreement with Iran./Periscopi/
