SBASK enjoys the law on the status of teachers of the CHA90s, but also criticises Minister Hamza

Nine thousand and 300 names, education workers in the 1990-99s will be recognised as teaching status, but not all are alive to enjoy the privileges defined by law. Many of them no longer live, but the good news of this law is that retirement will be the heir to which [they...] can inherit.

Many of them no longer live, but the good of this law is that retirement will be the heir to which the husband or wife of a late education worker will enjoy it, KTV reports.

Beftman Jasharaj, chairman of the Education Union, has expressed his concern over the finance minister's statements the previous day in the Assembly, which the law considered a threat to the state budget.

Jasharaj said Minister Hamza on Thursday tried to pressure MPs, but has thanked the latter for voting for the bill.

Jasharaj has expressed confidence that the lists of teachers of the time will not be blown.

Thankful to MPs has been expressed by Ahmet Plana, the teacher of the time.

He has related his problems as a teacher during that period

He said no one could compare to the work they have done to keep Albanian education alive.

The benefits of the pension deserved for the 90-99s will be divided into two categories.

Those who have worked 5-10 years, with additional monthly retirement of 63, 75 euros, will enter the first category, while in the second category those who have worked from 1-5 years with additional retirement of 23, 25 euros a month.

The bill for this, the state will cost about 17m euros for the 1920s-2020s.
