Russian media “Sputnik”: Albanians building highways on Serb lands

Pristina, with an infrastructure road network measuring 630km long, crosses Serbian territory and endangers the rest of Serbs, mainly south of Ibri. Roads usually connect people, but when it comes to Kosovo, it has a completely opposite meaning, writes Russian medium “Sputnik” Under Pristina's plan, about 630 km [...] should be built.

Under the Pristina plan, about 630km of main roads must be built, plus about 100 in the local format.
According to the expert group's assessment, Serbian parcels (see, meadows, agricultural land, houses, farms) that have been usurped by Albanians for these purposes, in order to build roads, amount to tens of billions of euros.
Beyond that, it is more dangerous that with the construction of such a road network, Serbs are less accessible to reaching their fields and assets, reports “b92”, Periscopi broadcasts.
Hence, their existence is collusive. Is this another bad plan for Albanians living in Kosovo for few Serbs to be forced to leave?
Dejan Mirovovic, professor of international law from Mitrovica, believes such a tendency exists. One of the problems lies in the Brussels agreement itself, because there are no specific parts on the property.
The “they (Albanians) use this to achieve their goals that are known to prevent the return of Serbs to Kosovo and expel some people who live mainly south of Ibrit”, Mirovic said. The US-Turkish consortium “Behtel-Enka”, which has accomplished all works of this kind in Kosovo, has earned about 560m euros so far, which exceed the Kosovo budget, so the big question is who pays it.
And here is how Serb facilities are paved with new roads in Kosovo: In the vicinity of the village of Ugljar near Fushe Kosovo, the main communications intersection has been built linking the three road routes of Nis, Skopje and Tirana.
The road connects a new highway ranging from Nis to Albania or at the port of Durres, with a new route to Skopje. Pristina highway project- Skopje and Pristina-Prizren are only near the enclaves of Gracanica, where about 20,000 Serbs live.
In other words, due to uncertainty, because they have to pass through the Albanian environment in their fields, increasingly, they are giving up cultivating land and they are increasingly selling their property to leave Kosovo./Periscopi/
