The Kosovo government is not supporting the request of Economic Development Minister Valdrin Luka, for Serbian goods to be imposed a tax.
Such a request, made at one of the Government's meetings, is aimed at increasing pressure on the Serbian side to unblock the energy deal, KTV reports.
Such a requirement for Government, however, does not seem appropriate in these circumstances.
The prime minister's adviser, Haki Shatri, has told KTV that tax settlement takes place only at the moment when it relates to economic effects, while the energy agreement is political.
As another hope, MZHE is watching the May 29th meeting in Brussels.
But, Professor Agron Dida, has a proposal for Kosovo authorities on the way to unblock this agreement.
He says that, despite the games, Serbia cannot annex the Weyman lake.
EU Office in Kosovo has told KTV expects both sides to engage in implementing the agreement, and especially Serbia has the obligation to move forward with its implementation.
According to System and Transition Operator data - COMM STT, the level of energy spending in the northern part of the country is on the decline.
While, in addition to the earlier 1 million given by the Government, energy spending on that part is no longer subsidised.
