From Auditor's findings, it is known that in this agency, for projects at the UCK's Memorial complex in Penushe, for the Memorial Consort of Raqak, for the April Memorial complex 27th, in Gjakova, for the Memorial Concert of the NLA Witnesses, in Mary, and for the National Witness Association in the Vreleve were additional contracts of 170 thousand euros.
This had happened as a result of shortcomings that have poorly analysed projects and designs for building complexes. According to the ZKA, poor project planning results in the need for changes in projects, and this reflects directly on the creation of additional costs. As a result, these additional jobs endanger the funds allocated for other projects by unable to finance new projects.
In this case, the Auditor's Office has recommended to the Director General must ensure that all planned projects are well drafted and detailed. Under this recommendation, this would avoid starting quality projects and avoid additional jobs.
