KK advisers from the opposition position and part of Lipjan municipal officials since 4 May are staying on a joint trip to Albania.
For this project at the PKK meeting in March, status and opposition advisers have joined to vote unanimously and to allocate a total of 8 thousand euros from the Lipjan taxpayers' budget.
It is not the first time that KK advisers unite in this way to achieve personal interests through the personal budget of the municipality, and in the past, PKK advisers in Lipjan had even adopted laptops that have never been returned after the end of the mandates, writes today “Koha Ditore<1>.
However, this trip was being opposed by the citizens of this municipality, who are taxpayers of this municipality, and such opposition was made by the non-governmental organisation “polis”, which monitors developments in the Lipjan municipality.
