-Vises reach Kosovo institutions with European Union institutions!
Kosovo's political parties, they cannot make visa liberalisation, they can help and facilitate this process, grouping Europe's political sister, if they have cooperation and are members, as the PLK has done within the ALDE group, now 25 years!
Visa liberalisation reaches the state institutions of the Republic of Kosovo in co-ordination with European Union institutions!
Therefore, the visas did not bring either the LDK or the PLK.
