Without SISH health insurance, they're thieves.

The Health Ministry's tender, beginning this year's implementation of the Health Insurance Law without functional Health Information System (SISH), has been deemed very wrong by technology expert Arber Rogova.

This expert, who has for a time been the national co-ordinator for SSH, has said that the creation of the Unfunctioned SSH Health Insurance Fund is a thief, writes today “Koha Ditore”.

In an interview for “E Sunday with Khahaha Ditore”, Rogova has mentioned a series of abuses and neglects that have been done to work on functioning this system. He has said that Kosovo has failed to implement the strategy for SSH functioning, while citing preconditions that have failed before starting to work in this system.

Rogova considers it an impossible mission to start collecting premiums and providing health insurance without a good basis of information.
