The KLA war veterans' organisation, through a communique for the media, encourages justice bodies for accountability of all who have violated the law, committed criminal acts and manipulated veterans' lists.
“The KLA's OVL is against the media campaign and individuals designated, so that through individual cases all KLA war veterans will be sullied. Criminal responsibility is individual and all those who have committed acts must answer before the law, regardless of what categories of citizens belong to”, the communique says.
O V L The KLA has expressed readiness to co-operate with the state prosecutor to investigate and whiteen all cases of manipulation with veterans' lists. However, it opposes and condemns the media campaign and the insults brought against the organisation and its chairman, Hysni Gucati.
The Mayor Gucati is a man of war, in which he gave his limbs. He is acting as chairman of the Veterans' Organization, exercised it on the basis of democratic elections, from a general assembly of delegates from all branches. The insults and remarks by Wehbi Kaitazi, that the leaders of O The VL KLA from post-war to Hysni Gucati are idiots, for the organisation are unacceptable and punishable, and we ask the media and their owners to refrain from their low qualifications, because those in the first place are contrary to the professional ethics and behavior of a Kosovo citizen”, said in the KLA's OVL communique.
As said in communique O chairman The VL KLA has been declared not to trust EULEX's justice bodies, and this distrust has come after raising many charges against KLA members who have not been tried before the courts of Kosovo, and the statements of former EULEX judges such as Malcolm, who revealed EULEX prosecutors and judges' scenarios before the public to condemn and compromise KLA soldiers.
On the other hand, it calls for a more reasonable opinion, and that leaves the competent organs, not portals, which apparently do not want to be made white and gain justice, but only who gets more to click through the spread of slander, fiction, and falsehood.
