Presidential candidate Marko Milacic has not expected Milo Djukanovic's victory in the first round of elections in Montenegro at all, saying this is a defeat for Montenegrin society.

“We are entering the phase of dictatorship”, Milacic said, adding that this means we will enter the fourth decade of non-recognition of power.

He believes Djukanovic was a candidate of the NATO alliance and that it is now confirmed that NATO membership will prolong Montenegro's agony.

Milacic, a candidate from Përve Crne Gore, says Montenegro is the only one shining in the country's overall darkness.
He said they would protect Montenegro's Serbian language and Metropolitan.
