From the Croatian revival to the Bulgarian beaches gastronomia and hotels prepare for a record season, German media write.
This is because tourists from Germany and Austria have withdrawn Turkey and Tunisia from their favourite countries to visit during the summer.
Croatia last year hosted 18.7 million guests, while this year the number could increase. In spite of that, there is a problem: hotolieries and Adriatic state restaurants have a huge lack of cooks and waiters.
