The Shkodra Appeal Court has issued the verdict today for the 11 arrested by Kukes who, during the protest of the Nation's street, burned the payout booth.
Thus, for 7 out of 11 arrested, the Shkodra Court has issued a decision obligation of presentation while leaving 4 others in prison.
23 Cubans were cuffed several weeks ago, where as they protested the national road fee, they burned the cabin would be paid to cross the street.
After the protest, police arrested them during the night, while brought to Tirana for security reasons.
12 of them were released by the Court of the First Stairway, while another 11 placed in prison. But the case was appealed, causing the Shkodra Court today to set up the release of 7 Kurds, while four others will remain in prison.
The court left Elton Ceng in prison, Florin Onuzin, Xhevahir Gashi and Vasil Lachin in prison.
As for the Rescue Toda, Jévahir Heren, Shkelqim Vata, Ervis Ruchi, Rasim Onuzi, Abdi Haziri, and Edmond Matmuya.
