Xhaferi has called President Ivanov's decision to not sign the law unconstitutional, but has said he will still enter into force very soon.
Macedonia's Parliament Speaker has said he opposes the idea of exchanging territories, meanwhile, has added that he does not fear Gruevski.
According to the head of one of Macedonia's central institutions, with the expected name agreement, this state is expected to open negotiations for EU membership during the summer and receive an invitation for NATO membership.
