By 2050 the world will likely have changed dramatically from what we know now, and the economic and financial landscape of the planet will not be an exception.
A report by the giant professional services PwC shows which economies worldwide will be larger and more powerful for 33 years.
The report, titled “full-time: how will the global economic order change by 2050?” ranked 32 countries from their gross domestic product projected by the equality of purchasing power.
With the exception of the United States, many of the current powerful economies in the world such as Japan and Germany will have fallen down in the global rankings, replaced by countries such as India and Indonesia, which are currently emerging markets.
