Miro Cerar, prime minister of Slovenia, in an interview for the newspaper “Vienna's Standard”, Kosovo and Serbia have suggested to the Slovenian “model” that problems between them resolve through arbitration, the Koha.net broadcast the Croatian news agency Hina.
He has declared that the Western Balkans should be included in the European Union, with whom candidates can meet the conditions, including border disputes, before accession.
[To comments he has made answering the question of whether Serbia should recognise the osova before joining the Be, since according to this newspaper “this is the most difficult border problem in the region”.
This is border issues, countries that cannot reach political solutions should use our “model” and problems to solve with arbitration, since other ways of resolving conflicts will be dangerous”, Cerar responded.
He has indicated that, with the refusal of the Arbitrazhut Court's trial, Croatia sends the wrong message to Western Balkan countries on their EU path.
Slovenia will therefore proceed against Croatia, first before the European Commission, and then before the Court of the European Union, in terms of border dispute, broadcast Koha.net reporting on media.
