Analyst Shzen Maliqi has proposed technical government for Kosovo. He says in a short time it would be good to prepare the elections, focusing on fulfilling obligations they cannot expect.
But only good can be done if they are no longer given the chance to decide about their escape steps. This will be very difficult, but not impossible, Maliqi wrote.
According to him, with foolish arrogance, leaders brought the country into this condition.
Here's a full Facebook note:
It may be good that with stupidity and arrogance in action and inaction, they brought themselves and the place to this door that can no longer be vilified with political improvised and interlocking interests of close leaders and leaders without political visions and skills. But good can only be done if they are no longer given the chance to decide on the steps of exit from the crisis. This will be very difficult, but not impossible. The instrument may be the technical Government, led by experts independent of politics and by experts proposing parties. The QP mandate would be to prepare elections within an optimial period -- as short as possible -- focusing on meeting state obligations that cannot wait (dialog with Serbia, visa liberalisation, etc.). The more pragmatistic formula would be the timetitiation, where none of the leaders of political subjections would be allowed to have executive positions, but could lead the pre-election parties and camps.
