Kukes citizens will protest on Saturday, March 31st at 11:30 at Calimash University, where they will oppose this decision, which they consider to harm Albanian and Kosovo citizens, writes Periscope.
In the argument of Prime Minister Rama, it is said that the money raised by this tax will be used to maintain the Nation's Road.
