“Convoy for today has been postponed as the situation under way, prevents us from conducting the operation under such conditions,” said International Red Cross Committee spokeswoman Ingy Sedky.
The joint need between the ICRC, the UN and Arab Syria is expected to send aid to the main city of Douma on Thursday, reports The Guardian”, Periscopi broadcast.

Syrian government forces on Wednesday shared the two-rounded enclave, long-distance rebels and tens of thousands of civilians trapped inside the country.
Syrian media said troops took control of the town of Beit Sawa and most of Misrabas, both communities held by the rebels.
