This is the platform that was introduced in Serbia for Kosovo

In Serbia, internal dialogue “is continuing what should be done with Kosovo”. In the course of this dialogue are being thrown into public and different variants, until Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq comes up with the final platform.

This platform is expected to become known at the end of April and then be decided whether the same will be put to a referendum or not.

Among those who have offered the platform is Serbian researcher Nenad A. Vasiq.

This platform has been published in Serbia on March 6th, while news has brought it full into originals as originally presented.

On platform titled “Kosovo's question: Serbs and Albanians from deep divisions to possible union”, Dr. Nenad A. Vasic initially writes about history about how Albanians and Serbs for centuries have lived next to each other, how Albanians and Serbs are the biggest peoples in the Southeast European region, etc.

Vasic the essence of the platform released when he writes that Kosovo should be a community of two peoples equal in agreed political and constitutional-juridical status.

Dr. Vasiqi sees it as a compromise between Kosovo and Serbia.

Vasic says he has done this proposal on January 12th of 2018 during the internal debate on resolving the Kosovo issue.

Under this proposal, Kosovo as a community of two peoples equal to equal political and judicial-unconstitutional status through the negotiation process, Albanians as a majority population would be the main responsibilities and Serbs as the largest minority would also be responsible in a certain part of the territory with international guarantees.

“For this solution on the option are: Kosovo's two equal peoples' union would be initially guaranteed by the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Albania. In the second row would be the US, the EU and third-rank UN Security Council countries”, Vasic writes.

The news brings the seven proposals Vasic says the opinion knows:

1. The unilateral declaration of state independence ʹ to the Republic of Kosovo is unacceptable to state officials of the Republic of Serbia and to those officials of foreign states who have not recognised bilaterally.

2. The Autonomous province of Kosovo and Metohija as an integral and incapable part of the state of Serbia is unacceptable to Kosovo Albanian officials and all those Kosovo has recognised as a state.

3. The model of the Republics of Cyprus, which as a proposal has given the SDP Civic Initiative leader Oliver Ivanovic, has been rejected by Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.

4. Territorial political division in all forms of proposants has been dismissed as unacceptable by Albanian officials in Pristina and Tirana, but also by US officials and the Federal Republic of Germany.

5. The model of two German Germany's Federal Republic and the Democratic Republic of Germany, proposed by Dr. Dusan Janjic is unacceptable on the part of Albanian and Republika Serbia officials.

6. Proposal of resolving the Kosovo issue by Dr. Vladimir Trapar from the Institute for International Policy and Economy is unacceptable to Albanian officials.

The real Union of Independent States of Serbia and Kosovo proposed by Dr. Vladan Kutlesh, is unacceptable to Albanians.

7. Vasic later writes about the historical reports between Serbs and Albanians from the Battle of Kosovo in 1389, the 1878 Berlin Congress, until 1912, in declaring Albania's independence.

He says Serbia has always made efforts to return Kosovo to Serbian power.

This platform has been rejected by the Movement for the Union and by Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj.
