KRU Pristina has announced that they have started today with the break from the water supply network to indebted consumers in the village of Uglar in Gracanica.

According to their announcement alone in this municipality, there are 400,000 euros in debt. But they've spoken in addition to Pristina, the cracks will be in other municipalities as well.

They've also started meeting citizens, broadcasting Indexline.

CRU” Pristina” In addition to shutdown action, meeting citizens

Pristina, March 12th, 325 houses / consumers, over 400 thousand euros in debt for water supply and sewer services, is this Uglar village in the Gracanica municipality, even with its geographic position, very close to Kosovo Fushe.

CRU” Pristina” sh.a. started 2018 with the” motto All in action”.

Starting in January 2018, this company has launched an action dealing with punishments against indebted consumers.

As the first punitive measure, it is the break from the water network system, followed by other penalties.

Each consumer has, two and more, unpaid bills on water supply and sewer services, are being dealt with.

For this action, KRU” Pristina” sh. He's engaged about 50 crack crews.

Eight municipalities in which the CRU operates” Pristina” sh.a. like Pristina, Fushe Kosova, Obilici, Podujevo, Shpenja, Drenas, Lipjani and Gracanica, with surrounding villages.

Within two months, over 350 individual cracks from the water supply network system have been applied, over 1,500 indebted consumers have been visited, and over 600 subjects have been sent to private owners.

In parallel with the action of blackouts, KRU” Prishtina” sh.A., from Friday, March 9, 2018, has also started meetings with village consumers and cities that are deeply indebted to water supply and sewer services.

The manager of Pristina's Department of Consumers under the water pipeline. Kaplaan Parduzi with other officials, representatives of the ARRU and deputy head of the Gracanica municipality, Mr Sasa Danic, met with consumers of the village of Uglar on Friday.

The purpose of this meeting was, listening and rationality by consumers for non-paying, huge debts, offering other water supply and channeling services, such as network infrastructure, reading irrigation, installing them at each private facility, providing drinking water and so on.

After successive discussions, agreement was reached that each consumer in this village puts in single-handedly, until the KRU” Pristina” promises them regular service offerings, including better supplies of drinking water and regular reading of water from their installation, requiring them to pay regular services. Such meetings of indebted citizens and consumers will be held on and on until the act of blackouts continues today.
