News about recognition of Kosovo driver's license in EU countries

Days earlier Minister of Internal Affairs Flamur Sefaj gave the good news to all citizens of Kosovo that they have released the new design of Republika's patent partners in order to meet all international standards, with this case being known for the same transitary as in European countries.

This announcement has recently raised enormous interest in many citizens.

In this regard, “Indescsonline” has contacted the Chief of the Ministry of Infrastructure Cabinet, Andmend Zena, to learn some news about the matter.

Zenaj has stressed that to recognise the driver's license in Europe, bilateral agreement between states should be reached, as well as membership in the United States Organisation.

According to him, it would enable monitoring documents, as well as movement and driver's license.

We stress that if the state where the citizen of Kosovo lives envisions it for resident citizens in other countries there must be legal order, and for that the MPB and the MPJ of our country should be taken. Otherwise, the Ministry of Infrastructure has no law now that to become known in other countries”, he has said.

In the matter of whether a final exam should be held at the place where the person lives. Zena has cleared up this situation too.

“It's all about how legalally arranged in that country. Kosovo, as Minister of Infrastructure, has discussed with the country's Ministry and various local chiefs in Europe in many meetings, we have considered this opportunity to recognize Kosovo's driver's license because some formubstial form would be somewhat discriminated against”, he says.

Finally, the Ministry of Infrastructure official has stressed that the issue belongs to two government dictatorships. According to him, MI only organizes patent training.
