The head of the so-called Office for Kosovo, Marko Djurovic, is staying in northern Mitrovica, under the hand of 50 Serbian gendarmes.
No one is allowed to offer the hall where the meeting is being held about internal dialogue for Kosovo, while even journalists are disfellowshipped, Kosovo Preress broadcast.
Together with Djuric in Kosovo, Alexander Voulin and Serbia's Culture Minister has tried to enter.
Meanwhile, the head of the Assembly, Kadri Veselini, has declared that no one can enter Kosovo without permission.
