Kurti: Of two million citizens, only Thaci is pressing for ratification of the demarcation

He has declared that Murat Meha, former head of the state Commission for the demarcation of the border line, has lost Kosovo 8,200 hectares.

According to Kurti, the declaration of two Kosovo presidents Hashim Thaci and Montenegro's Filip Vujanovic is fraud.

Kurti says the positive developments that must be used are Montenegro's willingness to negotiate and that Hashim Thaci has admitted his mistake of undermining Kosovo.

“+1. Although Thaci-Vujanovovic's statement with its contents does not correct the Vienna agreement on August 26, 2015, in its form it expresses Montenegro's readiness to negotiate. Unlike the previous Montenegrin stance that the demarcation is Kosovo's internal and closed issue for Montenegro. +2. Kurti has also said that there are risks for Kosovo to have minimal corrections several meters, but not even miles. According to him, the problem is also fighting corruption as the next condition for visa liberalisation.
