Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has said the session for ratification of the demarcation agreement with Montenegro should be held next week.
He's in an interview for RTK2, has indicated that they are continuing talks with the Serbian List.
The Serbian List is currently refusing to talk about this subject, but are discussing the possibility of supporting the process. I respect List, are people elected, have their authority and are citizens of Kosovo. I will discuss with them to help us move freely to our citizens. I am willing to find a common language with the Serbian List and believe it is also in the interest of Kosovo Serbs, because they do not even have a visa-free passport and cannot travel abroad”, Haradinaj has said.
However, according to him, freedom of movement cannot be done with loss of territory or concessions. Haradinaj has voiced confidence that a sufficient number of members of the Serbian List will vote for demarcation.
Meanwhile, during an interview last night Prime Minister Haradinaj has voiced optimism that the demarcation issue with Montenegro will be carried out next week.
There are many arguments built to have a sufficient vote for demarcation. We've discussed with the deputies primarily of our parties and we're talking to the Serbian List and I think there's a basis for everyone to vote on. I believe that next week we will complete this topic”, Haradinaj said.
