After Turkey's failed military stamp two years ago, many Kosovars were solidified with power and Turkish President Recep Tayp Erdogan, some of the country's top figures had not hesitated to call him a brother.
Meanwhile Haradinaj, at the time he had commented on the failed coup in Turkey, had said Kosovo considers Turkey an ally, but that he does not have a brother.
“We good to deal with our troubles, we don't need to think about it. We consider him an ally in the global plan. No, he's not my brother. I am Albanian, I may have a friend and a partner, but my brother, not”, had said Haradinaj.
Meanwhile, Turkey's President, Recep Tayip Erdoğan, has said in a speech today that he is grieved that in Kosovo they were dismissed by the prime minister, AKI chief and Interior Affairs Minister, and has asked Ramush Haradinaj from whom he is taking these orders.
Erdogan made these statements by talking about the recent case of arrest and deportation to Turkey of six Turkish citizens who were part of the Gulenist school network in Kosovo.
Haradinaj has yet to answer Erdogan's statement.
