Neziright's murder accused Hamza Abazaj, Isuf Abazaj's son, but he died while being held in custody, and criminal proceedings were fired against him.
According to the prosecution, defendant Hamza Abazaj was charged with serious murder and illegal possession, while Isuf Abazaj was charged with helping commit the criminal offence of serious murder and participating in beatings.
The indictment states that defendant Hamza Abazaj on February 24th 2017 about 12:00 in Pec deliberately deprived the life of the late Ibrahim Neziraj and risked the life of injured Bleard Neziraj.
Prosecutor Sahide Gashi during the final address had withdrawn from the prosecution against Isuf Abazaj for help in committing the serious murder, but demanded maximum punishment for the participation work in the beating.
