The journalist from Brussels, Augustin Palockaj, has made a letter to the Time portal, commenting on dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels.
The idea that Palockaj presents in writing is clear: nontransparency has seriously damaged our country, and the results of the dialogue have gone to the expense of Kosovo.
He has added that nontransparance has been used by Belgrade, misleading Pristina as was the case with Kosovo's obstruction of membership in international organisations.
“In that agreement Serbia does not assume responsibility that it will not prevent Kosovo's membership in international organisations, but only that the parties will not prevent each other from their respective European “path”. The idea has been that point to include the commitment of the parties not to prevent each other, nor to encourage others to try something like that, in the process of integration into regional initiatives and international organisations. But Serbia had managed to remove this phrase to replace it with a call for the parties not to interfere with the European “treet” which means nothing. ”- writes Palocaj.
The issue, meant by Augustin Palocaj's words, is to determine what dialogue shouldn't be, and that's how he calls it. This would help Kosovo preserve its international subjectivity, and be factored into dialogue.
The US aid journalist sees as crucial to Kosovo, as the EU still has a disassembled stance on Kosovo's status.
