Gjakova's prosecution has asked this city's Constitutional Court to appoint the detention measure against two persons arrested yesterday under suspicion of committing the murder of the two Maloku brothers in Plocica in Malisheva.
The news about KALLXO.com was confirmed by Gjakova Foundation Prosecutor Agron Matjani.
I just got out of my hearing. We filed requests to the two suspects for 30-day detention over the dual murder that occurred yesterday in Malisheva”, Matjan said.
He further added that the Court's decision in Gjakova is now expected to see what measure will be pronounced.
The murder of two Maloku brothers occurred yesterday in the early hours of the day in the village of Plluccica, Malisheva.
