The US State Department proposals, published Friday, are part of President Donald Trump's policy for “extreme development”.
Most of the applet and immoral visa applicants will have to list on the app all the identities that have been used in social media in the last five years.
The US Office for Management and Board has 60 days to comment and approve the proposals.
If approved, applicants will also be required to show the telephone numbers they have used in the past five years, the addresses of international e - mails and trips.
Proposals support Trump's pledges to crack down on illegal migration, due to security.
