The hearing for Almir Ali's case started from the beginning. Finally testified to Bojan Ilic and Tanja Dimkovska. The Public Prosecutor has stood on the same charge despite the Republican Prosecutor's decision to recoupify the work from “suicide” to “axident with the subsequent death”.
Chief Prosecutor Ljubomir Joveski, who said that “for” the requalification has been introduced due to the inability to ascertain the presumption to accused Boban Ilic. His statement prompted reactions and protests.
The party was damaged at the preliminary hearing proposed evidence, but eyewitnesses were rejected by the court. In the case of Almir Ali three people are accused of violence: Sedat Aliu, Abdulla Aliu and Sami Demiri, while Boban Ilic is accused of murder.
Outside the indictment remains Bojan Ilic, the brother of the accused of murder. The assassination of four-year-old Almir occurred on June 25th of 2016 in Kumanovo, as a result of a car hit by aggressor Boban Ilic after a preliminary argument between Almir's family and those charged with murder.
